The rules for using BSTFN

These Terms govern your use of BSTFN â our website, quizzes, jobs board, admission tools, AI features, and any paid plans. By using BSTFN you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By registering or using BSTFN you accept these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information.
Core features are free. Some tools and features may require a paid plan, billed in advance and renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Certificates recognise completion of BSTFN quizzes and are not accredited academic qualifications. They are intended for personal achievement and profiles such as LinkedIn.
Job listings are provided for convenience and are often aggregated from third-party sources. We do not employ candidates, guarantee any job, or vet every employer. Verify each opportunity directly with the employer before applying or sharing personal information. Sponsored listings are marked and subject to separate advertiser terms.
Admission circulars, requirements, and guidance are provided for information only. Always confirm details with the official institution before applying.
You retain ownership of the CV and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service (e.g. generating and exporting your CV). You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or false content.
Do not scrape or resell our content, cheat quiz systems, reverse-engineer our tools, overload our systems, or use the platform unlawfully.
BSTFN's content, branding, and tools are our property. University and employer names belong to their owners and are used for information only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSTFN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party job listings, employer actions, or admission decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dhaka.
