💳 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans and sponsorship packages purchased from BSTFN. Core features are free to use.

1. Subscription Plans

• Refund requests within 7 days of your first payment are eligible for a full refund.
• After 7 days, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

2. Job & University Sponsorships

Sponsored job listings and university feature packages are advertising services. Once a listing is published or a campaign has started, fees are generally non-refundable. If a paid listing was not published due to an error on our side, we will re-run it or refund it.

3. How to Request

Email info@bstfn.com from your account email with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice or in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it promptly, regardless of the 7-day window.
