This Privacy Policy explains how BSTFN collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our quizzes, jobs board, admission tools, AI CV builder, and content. By using BSTFN you agree to these practices.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — name, email, and profile details when you register (including via Google).
• Quiz & learning data — your quiz attempts, scores, XP, badges, and certificates.
• CV & career data — information you enter into the AI CV builder (education, experience, skills) and job applications.
• Admission data — institutions and circulars you follow, and alert preferences.
• Payment data — for paid plans, billing details handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and usage activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide quizzes, certificates, jobs, admission info, and AI tools.
• To build and export your CV, and to match you with relevant jobs and circulars.
• To manage your account, subscription, and alerts.
• To send updates and notifications you've opted into.
• To improve the platform and keep it secure.

3. Job Listings & Applications

Some job listings are aggregated from third-party sources. When you apply or click through, you may be directed to an external employer or job site governed by their own privacy policy. If you use sponsored listings, relevant application data may be shared with the employer.

4. AI Tools & Third Parties

Inputs to our AI tools (CV builder, content tools) are processed by our AI provider to generate results. We also work with an email provider, a payment provider, and our hosting provider — each under contract.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account, quiz, and CV data while your account is active, and delete it on request.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email info@bstfn.com to exercise any right.

8. Children

BSTFN is intended for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.
