We have strong traction, secured funding and are entering an exciting growth phase. We're looking for a passionate Mobile App Developer (React Native) to drive our product forward and help us scale. Tasks What You'll Do As Mobile Software Developer and a core team member, you will be a core product owner with significant influence on our mobile architecture and user experience. You will take end-to-end ownership of the systems that power our mobile features, from UI architecture and state management to API integration and performance monitoring. Build the product, not just the UI: You will take full responsibility for the features you build. This means designing intuitive user flows, managing sophisticated local state, and ensuring a snappiness that feels native. You build it, you ship it, you improve it. Architect for scale and intelligence: You’ll design scalable mobile architectures (using modern patterns like MVVM or TCA) that integrate deeply with our Effect-based backend and AI systems. You’ll handle the complexity of offline-first logic, real-time synchronization, and streaming AI responses. Drive technical excellence: You will proactively identify performance bottlenecks—like app startup time and render cycles—while raising the bar for UX consistency, type safety, and maintainability across the entire codebase. Requirements What We're Looking For Strong experience with TypeScript & React Native. End-to-End Ownership: You don’t throw things over the wall. You own your features until they are running successfully in production and used by real learners.
